Our technical staff will perform an in-depth technical interview based on your requirements.
The final stage is making sure we do the handover properly. Introduce you to candidates, guide the interview process, and ensure we don't drop the baton during the handover.
Only creme-de-la-creme candidates get to be interviewed by your company and your team.
Once you make a decision, we notify the candidate of your decision and hand them over to you if you choose to proceed with the hiring process.
